Getting Started

Do I need to be a member to play?

No membership required! Just show up with valid government-issued ID proving you're 18+ and an Ontario resident. Walk-ins are welcome for all sessions.

What do I need to bring?

Bring valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or Ontario Photo Card) and cash or debit card for purchasing bingo cards. We provide daubers, but you can bring your own if preferred.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes before the session starts to purchase cards, find seating, and get settled. Doors open 1 hour before each session.

Is there parking available?

Yes! We have a large free parking lot with over 200 spaces. Accessible parking is available near the entrance.

Playing Bingo

How much do bingo cards cost?

Card packages range from $20-$60 depending on the session and number of games. Special packages and bundles offer better value. Check our schedule for specific pricing.

Can I play multiple cards at once?

Yes! Many players enjoy playing multiple cards. We recommend starting with 3-6 cards if you're new, then increasing as you get comfortable. Our staff can help you manage multiple cards.

What happens if I get bingo?

Call out "BINGO!" loudly and clearly, then raise your hand. A floor attendant will come to verify your card. If valid, you'll receive your prize immediately!

What if two people get bingo at the same time?

If multiple players achieve bingo on the same number call, the prize is split equally among all winners.

Do you offer electronic bingo?

Yes! We have electronic bingo tablets available for rent ($5-$10 per session). They automatically daub your numbers and alert you when you win.

Prizes & Payments

How are prizes paid out?

Cash prizes under $1,000 are paid immediately on-site. Prizes over $1,000 are paid by certified cheque within 24-48 hours. Valid ID required for all prize claims.

Do I have to pay taxes on winnings?

In Canada, lottery and gaming winnings are generally not taxable. However, we recommend consulting with a tax professional for prizes over $10,000.

How does the progressive jackpot work?

The progressive jackpot grows daily until won. To win, you must achieve a full card coverall (all 24 numbers) within 52 numbers or less during eligible evening sessions.

Can I transfer my prize to someone else?

No, prizes must be claimed by the person who won them. Valid ID matching the winner's information is required.

Facility & Amenities

Is food and drink available?

Yes! We have a full concession stand with snacks, beverages, coffee, and light meals. Outside food and drinks are not permitted except for medical reasons.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?

Our facility is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, accessible washrooms, and designated seating areas. Accessible parking is available.

Is smoking allowed?

No, our facility is 100% smoke-free indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

Can I bring children?

No, this is an 18+ facility. All guests must be at least 18 years old with valid ID. No exceptions.

Rules & Regulations

Who can play?

Anyone 18+ who is an Ontario resident with valid government-issued photo ID. We verify age and residency for all players.

What is your refund policy?

Bingo card purchases are final and non-refundable. If a session is cancelled by us, full refunds are provided.

What happens if I miss a number?

Numbers are called clearly and displayed on monitors throughout the hall. If you miss a number, check the display boards. Staff cannot repeat individual numbers.

Can I reserve seats?

Seating is first-come, first-served for regular sessions. Reserved seating is available for group events and parties (minimum 10 people).

What is your code of conduct?

We expect respectful behavior toward staff and other players. Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or harassment will result in removal without refund.

Charity & Licensing

Where does the money go?

100% of net proceeds go to registered Ontario charities. We support healthcare, youth programs, seniors services, and community organizations.

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Our license number is OPCHF00130820.
