At Bingo Connection Ontario, we believe gaming should be fun, social, and entertaining. We are committed to providing a safe environment and promoting responsible gaming practices for all our guests.
We provide information about responsible gaming and problem gambling awareness to all guests and staff.
We implement policies and procedures to prevent underage and problem gambling.
We offer resources and referrals to professional help for those who need it.
Our staff are trained to recognize signs of problem gambling and provide appropriate assistance.
Problem gambling can affect anyone. Be aware of these warning signs:
Decide how much you can afford to spend before you start playing and stick to it. Never gamble with money needed for essentials.
Decide in advance how long you'll play and take regular breaks. Don't let gambling interfere with other responsibilities.
Accept losses as part of the game. Trying to win back money you've lost often leads to bigger losses.
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If it stops being fun, stop playing.
Maintain other interests and activities. Don't let gambling become your only source of entertainment or social interaction.
Don't gamble when you're upset, depressed, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. These impair judgment.
If you feel you need to take a break from gambling, Ontario offers a voluntary self-exclusion program. This allows you to ban yourself from all gaming facilities in Ontario for a period of your choosing (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or lifetime).
