1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering Bingo Connection Ontario's facility or participating in any gaming activities, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, all applicable Ontario gaming laws, and regulations set forth by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not enter the facility or participate in gaming activities.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the facility and participate in gaming activities. Valid government-issued photo identification is required and will be checked upon entry.

2.2 Residency Requirement

Only Ontario residents are eligible to participate in gaming activities. Proof of Ontario residency may be required.

2.3 Self-Exclusion

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from Ontario gaming facilities are prohibited from entering. Violation of self-exclusion may result in removal and forfeiture of any winnings.

2.4 Right to Refuse Entry

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to provide valid identification
• Intoxication or impairment
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Violation of facility rules
• Self-exclusion status
• Previous bans or suspensions

3. Gaming Rules and Regulations

3.1 Bingo Card Purchases

• All bingo card purchases are final and non-refundable
• Cards must be purchased before the start of each session
• Payment accepted: cash, debit card (credit cards not accepted for gaming)
• Minimum and maximum purchase limits may apply

3.2 Game Play

• Players must be present in the facility to participate and win
• Players are responsible for monitoring their own cards
• Numbers will not be repeated once called
• Players must call "BINGO" clearly and immediately upon achieving a winning pattern
• Late calls may be disqualified at management's discretion
• All winning cards must be verified by staff before prizes are awarded
• Management decisions on game disputes are final

3.3 Prizes

• Prizes are awarded as specified in the game program
• Multiple winners split prizes equally
• Cash prizes under $1,000 paid immediately; larger prizes by certified cheque
• Valid ID required to claim all prizes
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning
• Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and donated to charity
• Prize amounts and structures subject to change

3.4 Progressive Jackpot

• Must be won in specified number of calls or less
• Player must be present and participating in eligible session
• Jackpot amount displayed is approximate and subject to verification
• Management reserves right to modify jackpot rules with AGCO approval

4. Facility Rules and Conduct

4.1 Code of Conduct

All guests must:

• Treat staff and other guests with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
• Maintain appropriate attire (shirts and shoes required)
• Keep noise levels reasonable during games

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking or vaping inside the facility
• Possession or consumption of illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized recording or photography of other guests
• Solicitation or commercial activity without permission
• Loitering or trespassing in restricted areas

4.3 Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

• Verbal warning
• Removal from facility without refund
• Temporary or permanent ban
• Forfeiture of winnings
• Involvement of law enforcement if necessary

5. Security and Safety

5.1 Surveillance

The facility is monitored by security cameras for safety and security purposes. By entering, you consent to being recorded.

5.2 Personal Property

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings.

5.3 Emergency Procedures

In case of emergency, follow staff instructions and posted evacuation routes. Emergency exits are clearly marked.

Staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may intervene or restrict access if concerns arise.

7. Cancellations and Changes

• We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify gaming sessions due to circumstances beyond our control
• In case of cancellation by us, full refunds will be provided
• Prize structures, schedules, and promotions subject to change without notice
• Changes will be posted on our website and at the facility

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for bingo cards in the relevant session
• We are not responsible for technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions
• We are not liable for injuries except where caused by our negligence

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials at our facility and on our website are our property or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

11. Regulatory Compliance

Bingo Connection Ontario operates under license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

• Criminal Code of Canada
• Gaming Control Act (Ontario)
• AGCO regulations and standards
• Municipal bylaws

12. Charitable Gaming

This is a charitable gaming facility. Net proceeds support registered Ontario charities. Specific charity beneficiaries rotate and are posted at the facility.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in gaming activities will be:

• First addressed through our internal complaint process
• If unresolved, may be escalated to AGCO
• Governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and at the facility. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
